All progress and previously purchased/earned items will be shared across all platforms. They only thing not directly shared between platforms is purchased Highguard Gold (HG). HG purchased on PS5 will only show up in your wallet while playing on PS5. HG purchased on Xbox will only show up in your wallet while playing on Xbox. Etc.
